With 40 pages of black and white street photography 'Boston beyond colour' documents life over my year in this unique and amazing city. Shown here are the cover and first few pages of the book.

The book is split in to three sections covering different aspects of city life. First is the 'T' as it is locally known, covering the trams, trains and buses running above and below the streets as the lifeline to the city. Next is the Common, the large park at Boston's heart breeming with life throughout the hot and sticky summer evenings. Finally there are the streets themselves, a mash of striking light breaking between the tall skyscrapers of downtown. With the contrasts of shadows and light matching the contrasts of the people moving through them.

The book is also dotted with a variety of famous quotes from some of the greatest documentry and street photographers which are reflected in my works. The book is available to purhase in either hard or soft covers. It is published by Blurb, recognised as one of the best self publishing companies available. It comes printed on premium paper to a professional bookshop quality standard and represents great value for money with over 35 photos for not much more than a limited edition print.
